Based in the Upper Hunter, RHM Consulting Engineers (RHMCE) specialises in providing a range of civil engineering and infrastructure design services to clients in rural and regional areas throughout New South Wales, Australia.

RHMCE was originally associated with Rickard Hails Moretti Pty Ltd, a Sydney based multi-discipline consultancy company established in 1984. In 2006, a company re-structure saw RHMCE relocate the entire consultancy practice to the Upper Hunter to service regionally based clients.

RHMCE currently employees a team of seven locals under the leadership of Director- Engineering Mr Brett Hails. With 30 years of engineering experience, Brett has built a committed team with the capacity to deliver tailored civil and infrastructure design solutions for an array of projects at any size that you would expect from a large city firm. While simultaneously possessing an in-depth knowledge of the unique requirements and constraints of regionally based projects that comes from living and working in rural Australia
